Reporting to the NZ General Manager and Senior Health and Safety Manager in Australia you will be working closely with Project Managers, managers and stakeholders ensuring all processes, systems and compliance are in place. this function will see you bringing your expertise and practice to seek improvements and create initiatives and see this through to execution. Working with all levels of the business and being giving leadership abilities to the internal members of the team, this is a great function to create Information technology your own! - Operational development of systems, process, procedures through to implementation and execution on all staff levels - superviseing all nationwide projects related to Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality - Woking with clients, stakeholders, and all levels of internal staff members this function is seeking an outgoing, confident, and well-rounded natural leader who is looking to make a function their own! With a great foundation to build on, someone who has practice in the construction and/or civil industry will thrive in being a key leader in the New Zealand team. Having a strong problem-solving skill, with the capability to build rapport and relationships with a wide variety of individuals are key characteristics for this function! - Previous Health and Safety Advisory/Management practice in the construction and/or civil industry - Outgoing, confident, and capability to build relationships and rapport - Be able to problem solve quickly and manage multiple projects at a given time - Be able to travel nationwide – 1 week out of a month approx. this function will move quickly but ultimately wanting to find the right fit for the candidate and the business!
