You would be supporting a vibrant corporate office team, to help cover their busy reception area whilst team members are on leave. This is a great chance to diversify your CV and gain practice within a renowned, well-respected organisation. You will receive full training (over 2 days) and continuing support all over your assignment. This is a full-time opportunity, starting mid-September. this function would be suited to a people-centric individual, happy to help out wherever needed and lgain dynamically. Previous practice in a busy front-of-house, reception, customer care and/or administration function is a must! About the function » Your main duty will be manning the front reception desk from 8.30am to 5pm. » Greeting onsite visitors, customers, stakeholders visiting the head office, company employees and answering the main reception phones. You will operate the head office switchboard – handling a wide variety of queries where possible and signposting to the correct people/person. » General administration support. » Office inventory – you will support the everyday operations of the business, ensuring all office supplies are well stocked and replenished when needed. (Including kitchen supplies) » Keeping the reception area and other immediate communal areas tidy/well-presented for guests and employees. » Greeting couriers at reception, accepting and dispersing packages to the correct team/department. About You » Previous practice in a reception, front-of-house, customer care and/or administration function. Corporate office practice highly advantageous. » Personable and valuable manner – strong communication expertise, both verbal and written. » Strong work ethic, We are seeking for a committed individual, dedicated to helping out for the duration of the cover period. » Good personal presentation and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact to anyone coming into head office. » Strong organisation and time management expertise. » Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
