We are currently looking for a bubbly, friendly receptionist to join our team in our beauty salon in the CBD, Auckland.
practice preferred but we do provide training for the first few weeks.
A typical day will include:
   » Greeting and welcoming clients on arrival
   » Answering general phone and email inquiries
   » Scheduling/rescheduling appointments
   » Updating social media platforms daily
   » Completing everyday tasks all over the day
   » Keeping the reception and salon areas clean and tidy
Requirements:
   » Excellent communication expertise/customer service expertise
   » Professional/polite phone manner
   » Excellent time management expertise
   » Accuracy and attention to detail
   » expertise of Microsoft Office software
   » Social media expertise
   » Reliable/punctual
   » Friendly and professional personality
   » Well presented
