You will develop and manage a range of tools, platforms and processes, so that the organisation can reach and engage its diverse audiences via a number of channels. This will include: » Anticipation and planning for the evolving digital needs of the organisation, its projects and the community (including those the organisation has not yet reached) » Developing, managing and delivering the digital strategy, and implementing the online elements of the organisation's public and stakeholder communications and engagement » Providing outstanding digital advice and support services to the Communications & Engagement team. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities » Develop, manage, and run digital communications and engagement channels that contribute to the programme's goals and enable projects to connect with, and hear from, a wide variety of Wellingtonians » Ensure the use of digital channels are consistent across projects within the wider programme, and aligns with our visual identity and brand » Champion the use of digital tools and channels, building our engagement platforms and communities » Identify digital channel trends and innovations, investigate how they could be applied for use by the programme, and develop and integrate these into our operations » Monitor, manage, and deliver our day-to-day digital communications, including social media channels and website upgrades and updates » Manage and champion the organisation's CRM system including superviseing access and use by our consultant teams, inputting stakeholder records, and reporting to project teams and the programme » Help develop high-quality and engaging digital content, including graphics and video » Provide online publishing services for digital channels including the website, social media, and newsletters Apply Now Hi I'm Rebecca, I manage this function.
