YHA Wanaka is seeking hard-working individuals with a passion for customer service and attention to detail to join their amazing team! We have full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, and two fixed term positions working 30 hours per week providing cover during our ski season. this function will suit someone motivated, with a great sense of humour, computer savvy and have a desire to work in a busy, team environment. If you already have practice working in a backpacker / hostel and are familiar with Guest Centrix PMS, this will be an advantage. Some practice in any of the following is desirable; customer service, group reservations, reception, cleaning, tourism and accommodation. Day to day activities include: · Providing exceptional customer service · Attending reception and answering guest enquiries · Cleaning tasks · Booking domestic travel and activities, · Ensuring YHA is a great kiwi practice for guests.
