We need your skills to help make our customer engagement campaigns targeted, inclusive and impactful for M?ori. About the function You’ll be leading the development and delivery of ACC’s M?ori communications and marketing plans, supporting our wider team to proactively engage with M?ori in appropriate, responsive and significant ways. You’ll be guiding our efforts to deliver impactful M?ori communications, marketing and engagement on ACC’s external engagement channels, demonstrating your deep knowledge of M?ori customer preferences and needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead strategic work, including the development and implementation of a plan to advance the knowledge, maturity and practices of our Customer Engagement group in relation to culturally appropriate public engagement with M?ori. We’ll be looking to you for guidance – there’ll be lots of stakeholder engagement and people interaction, so you’ll need to enjoy and be skilled at dealing with a wide variety of personalities, diverse perspectives and needs.
