Our Business Improvement and Support team makes sure that everyone at the Ministry has the right tools, support and work environment to get the job done. You’ll work with senior leaders on varied projects and programmes, supporting business case development, change management and delivery, business improvement, and sound strategic advice for the Deputy Secretary, Business Enablement and Support. If you know how to implement and measure change activities, and have a demonstrated capability to deliver high quality, change related work, we want to hear from you. You’ll need to tell us about your practice using digital channels to support change, and your working expertise of business case development and change impact assessments. You should be aware that the job may involve a bit of travel, so we can connect with our people across the country. This is full-time function located in Wellington, with flexible working arrangements available.
