The prosperous candidate will be joining a small team of two, to process BAU Payroll for 500 staff using SAP. They will also be taking part in a Payroll systems change, taking ownership over issues as a leader in the Project. Day-to-Day tasks: » Work as part of a team of 2 to process Payroll for 500 salaried and waged staff » Perform configurations in the Payroll system, with a view to improving business processes » Provide information and reporting services to the wider business » Advise on various Payroll legislation related matters, with a responsibility to keep expertise up-to-date » Monitor and maintain HRIS information and data integrity The prosperous candidate will be someone who is a "do-er", who can get stuck in and help the team. They will ideally have expertise across a wide variety of systems and have participated in change projects previously.
