Do you have a professional approach, a positive attitude, exceptional work ethic with a availability to “chip in” and great communication expertise. We need you to be honest, punctual and reliable with a pride in presentation and quality. You must be comfortable doing at least 40 covers per service with the help of a second chef and kitchen hand. We pride ourselves on our reputation for great food and friendly service. This position is for a head chef with at least two years practice in a head chef function, passionate about producing great food in fast paced environment. You must also hold a formal qualification. Management of food costing , seasonal menus, ordering , food safety , stock take, wastage, cleaning and all other aspects of running a busy kitchen. We offer in return a fabulous waterfront location for an established business. Accommodation is included and further benefits are negotiable.
