What this means is that you need to be willing to start at the bottom and work your way up. What you need:- » Can do Attitute » Full clean Class 1 or 2 learners » Mental toughness » physcially fit In return:- » Weekly pay » Full PPE » Ability to upskill (right person) » Ongoing work » Be able to start at 7am until finished You will need to be able to pass a drug test and complete a Ministry of justice check for this role.
