About the position:
This position will see you working in a technical B2B support function, where you’ll be responsible for providing customers with a high level of technical advice and will be supporting after sales by offering sound solutions and assessments on products after purchase. You’ll be a smooth communicator, with a genuine customer centric approach and a knack for wrapping your head around all things tech.
You may be a fresh grad, who’s recently studied Engineering, Mechatronics or Robotics or you could be somebody already working in this sector coming out of a Customer Service/Tech Support function within a similar industry, either way to be prosperous in the function, you will have:
• Natural capability to problem solve and think on the spot
• Previous customer service/support practice
• significant degree or industry practice (engineering, mechatronics, computer science)
• Sound general nous when Information technology comes to the tech world
• Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal
• Strong eye for detail, ensuring warranties are processed accurately
• SAP practice
• Previous B2B practice ideal
