Te Ara Manaaki's vision is to transform the way New Zealanders access our identity and life event services - putting our customers and their wh?nau at the heart of everything we do, and continuously make Information technology easier for them to access services. We’re reimagining and re-designing our service delivery model and we need a coordinator superstar to help us.
As a Senior Programme Coordinator, you'll have plenty of energy, enthusiasm and great expertise to step up and take ownership of this challenging position. Te Ara Manaaki is an innovative, dynamic programme that offers a great opportunity for a flexible team player who enjoys working to find solutions and seeing results for New Zealanders.
What practice you'll bring to our team:
• Provide outstanding coordination support to the programme
• Have demonstrated agility in responding to changes in priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Insightful and proactive approach to work
• Great relationship building expertise generally and having confidence in liaising with governance and executive level people
• Quick to grasp new ideas and concepts
• Excellent written and oral communication expertise
• Excellent expertise in using the Microsoft suite including Visio
What expertise we'll be looking for in you:
• Coordinates and manages the collation of governance documents such as meeting material and artefacts
• Provide support for risk and issues management, producing reports from ADO where required and ensuring risk owners have easy access to information
• Manage the collation of reporting requirements for the programme
• Become proficient in the use of CabNet and the Ministerial database for uploading of key programme ministerial artefacts
• Organizing events
• Establish and maintain effective networks across DIA to enhance programme efficiency
