About the Role

The Customer Service Consultant is responsible in ensuring a high level of service is always provided to all customers (both external and internal). The role works closely with the Account Managers and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Customer Satisfaction and deliver "end to end" service. Additionally, there are administrative functions that will also be handled by the customer service team.
   » Sorting out orders that come into one inbox
   » Prepare orders before cut off times for same day and next day deliveries.
   » Send orders out to the yard
   » Respond to email enquiries
   » Handle phone calls
   » Processing of account sales, and cash sales
   » Demonstrate a good knowledge of all products
   » Ensure the showroom is always fully stocked and presentable
   » Compliance with all Zero Harms policies and procedures
   » Additional relevant duties as and when required
   » Inbound/outbound calls
Skills and Experience
   » SAP experience preferable
   » Office administration
   » Background in the building industry
   » Previous internal sales experience in a similar environment
   » Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers
   » Excellent verbal listening and written communication skills
