   » Drive and Execute Automation
   » Be able to scope and support a move from Test complete to Selenium
   » Provide a Testing Strategy
   » Strong capability to train and mentor testers into the automation practice
   » 2 direct reports currently, opportunity to build and grow the team
   » Excellent communication expertise
