This is not your typical PA function - the Head of Arts, Culture & Community Services has a very busy function that she looks after, so We are seeking for someone who can manage her complex schedule and also act as her trusted advisor. this function covers the full range of organisational and administrative tasks including diary and inbox management, document and financial management, meeting co-ordination and correspondence, project support and administration, ensuring effective and efficient information flows. In this function, top-notch organisational expertise and customer service focus are a must, as are great relationship management expertise, an capability to anticipate and plan ahead, manage competing priorities and build strong team culture. You'll have a positive 'can-do' attitude and thrive in a busy environment where the expectations are high. We are seeking for Somebody with proven practice in supporting senior managers and an capability to navigate through complex environments. You will have exceptional communication expertise and can show initiative, resilience and patience and will be able to deal effectively and professionally with varied individuals and tasks. You will always have a cheerful & positive attitude and be comfortable with systems and changing technologies. practice operating in a political environment is also desirable.
