This is an opportunity for you to embed the groundwork that has been done to date, and lead the continual development of the business as a quantity surveyor. Key Responsibilities The Quantity Surveyor position is a pivotal function, with a productivity focus and broad, cross-business collaboration. Responsibilities will include: • Managing all contractual and financial aspects off projects • Proactively identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical and supply chain risks to attain maximum value from a contract while meeting compliance requirements • Provide expert advice on contract conditions to support informed decision making and improve future contract results • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and practice (CX) We’re looking for Somebody with a quantity survey The expertise and practice you’ll need to bring with you include • significant tertiary qualification • Planning – capability to prioritise work • Strong communication • Customer focus approach • Health and Safety leadership abilities If you would like to join the team please click apply.
