Information technology was established to protect, manage and grow the Iwi asset bases taking an inter-generational approach with an emphasis on economic, social, environmental and cultural results; the four pou. Te Waka currently has interests predominantly in horticulture, fishing, dairy, forestry, property, fibre, and financial assets. Information technology also has collaborative investments with other Iwi. Te Waka is seeking a dynamic and motivated General Manager to supervise and lead phases of commercial development for Te Rarawa. Reporting to the Board of Te Waka the General Manager will provide strategic leadership abilities consistent with the principles of tikanga M?ori, the practices of four pou management and Te Rarawa kaupapa. The General Manager will be required to lead Te Waka through a phase of significant development using strategic capacity, innovation and commercial acumen to enhance the financial sustaincapability of Te Waka, grow additional revenue streams and continue to grow commercial holdings for Te Rarawa. located in Kaitaia, this function is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive Iwi organisation and enjoy a lifestyle that only the Far North can offer.
