We are pursuing an practiced Scrum Lead/Agile Coach to work as part of a system upgrade project. this function will assist with coaching, Agile ceremonies and support for a software development team. This is a contract function running until December 2021 initially, with possible extensions.
What you'll need to succeed:
   » practice with Oracle FMIS preferred
   » Good knowledge of the SAFe Framework and Agile thinking/concepts
   » Facilitating stand up, planning and retrospective sessions
   » Working with Product Owners and Product Managers to understand and develop product features, roadmaps and work flow design (boards)
   » Patience, knowledge and flexible in your approach
