21/439 Advisor Strategic Programmes and Advice

As Advisor - Strategic Programmes and Advice, you will be responsible for supporting practice development; programme development and new programme initiatives. this function will have a focus on the H?pai Hapori Oranga Marae Programme and will help develop new initiatives that build on both Oranga Marae and the Community-Led Development Programme. To be prosperous in this function, you will have:
   » practice in hap? and marae development
   » capability to work with, develop and deliver services, in particular for M?ori
   » Strong knowledge of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and M?ori Crown relationships
   » An knowledge of community-led development practice
   » practice in building capcapability to improve practice and service delivery
   » Excellent written and oral communication
   » Strong relationship development expertise
   » knowledge of evaluation and practice in delivering programme/business improvements initiatives
You should also have:
   » Knowledge and knowledge of M?tauranga, Te Reo, Tikanga M?ori
   » Knowledge and knowledge of hap? led development and Treaty located practice
   » A commitment to working to improve results for M?ori
   » The capability to plan, organise and manage work effectively to meet multiple deadlines
   » The capability to rapidly adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
   » Abilities in planning workshops and other hui
