We’ve got a new opportunity in our team for a smart, humble, and results focused Senior Communications and Engagement Advisor. We’re looking for someone to help drive our marketing and engagement strategies ultimately to reduce the number of accidents taking place every day. About the function
Your function will be to help us deliver this purpose, by working with different areas of the organisation to improve the way we reach and engage with all New Zealanders, lift consciousness of the support we provide, and drive business results. Initially you’ll be supporting our injury avoidance teams but over time you’ll turn your hand to our other customer segments and services as well.
As a senior advisor to the business, you will be comfortable collaborating with leaders and managers across ACC to understand their business problems and develop customer communications and marketing solutions that will deliver the most effective results.
When Information technology comes to executing the work, you will have the support of the broader team, which includes content creators, digital marketers, media engagement specialists and brand professionals. However, you will also be motivated and energised by rolling-up your own sleeves and getting stuck into the doing.
To be effective, you will be comfortable pushing back on requests for support that will take your focus and attention away from higher-impact initiatives that deliver better results for all New Zealanders.
You’ll also feel at ease advising and influencing senior leaders on best practice marketing and engagement approaches and building strong relationships that allow you to deliver exceptional results.
