As one of the Government's largest regulators, our Regulatory Services Group aims to minimise harm and maximise the benefitsof the Anti-Money Laundering, Gambling, and Digital Safety System Directoratesresponsible for the Department'sregulatory work.
As a Senior Business Advisor within Group Systems and Business Support you willwork within the Regulatory Strategy and Performance Directorate and across the wider Regulatory Services Business. You willbe responsible for providing businesssupport,technology advice and strategic insightsfor the Regulatory System Directorates. Partnering with the Technology Services and Solutions Group andour systemvendors to ensure DIA has the technological capabilities and tools Information technology needs to best support its regulatory, strategic and business objectives.
this function supports the development of effective strategies, policies and frameworks to build business capcapability as well as highly effective, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To be prosperous in this function you will have:
   » Demonstrated knowledge and knowledge of how strategic and business planning work together, and how technology supports business change
   » Proven practice in influencing and providing high quality strategic advice to senior managers
   » practice in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 is desirable but not mandatory
   » practice in strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units
   » A can-do attitude that is both action-orientated and yet open to the input of others
   » Strong conceptual expertise and the capability to think beyond immediate issues, make the connections between issues and consider long term and broader implications
