This long-established construction company are expanding in BOP and have secured several projects to kick start in the new year. Their projects span multi story, industrial projects, remedials, warehousing, retail, sports and recreation to refurbs, all under $15M
As a site manager you will be responsible for:
   » Managing the construction site
   » Site meetings and delegation of tasks
   » Sub contractor management
   » Ensuring projects are being completed within set budgets and target deadlines
   » Health & Safety Liaising with building control and quantity surveyors for variations to the schedule of works and certifications
   » Some project management tasks

You are currently in a site management function for a NZ main contractor with at least 8 years of practice.
You understand programme and scheduling, adhering to programme, are quick thinking and possess a strong client service ethic. Your people management expertise are a strength of yours, you are results focussed and can do what Information technology takes to get the job complete. A trade or tertiary qualification is essential. There is plenty of growth opportunity with projects as this contractor is investing in the region.
income - $100K - $115K + vehicle
