We are seeking for an adjunct manager to help run our social housing accommodation.
The hours are from 10-3 daily. (Perfect for those with school-aged children)
function includes everyday clean of main facilities, General Maintence/ gardening, Management of current tenants, Management of short term bookings, Liasing with WINZ/ Hoursing New Zealand, Reporting to Management. 
Position is avaible ASAP. 2 days per week. Assisting our current manager.
Accommodation is available on site if required, though only for singles. not appropriate for children. Happy to have further discussions in person.
