Our client is looking for multiple experienced customer service champions to join their team in a full-time position beginning 21st August.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, including clients, businesses, and service providers. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers' needs are met with excellence, and you will engage with them through various communication channels, such as phone, email, social media, and live chat. The responsibilities of this role are varied, ranging from handling customer queries, addressing feedback, providing information on cover entitlements, and educating customers about our products and services.
Role Requirements:
   » Helping, supporting and educating customers
   » Providing a high quality interaction with customers, seek feedback and find opportunity for growth and improvement
   » Update customer records and record all relevant notes accurately
   » Develop and maintain relationships with external customers and third parties
   » Assess customer's eligibility for services and comply with the relevant financial framework to ensure all financial standards are met
To be successful in your application:
   » Proven experience in administrative customer service
   » Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy, problem solving and detail.
   » Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both clients and the internal team.
   » Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines consistently.
