The Organisation
Come and join a locally owned and operated commercial building services provider who pride themselves on their strong customer focus and key efficiency. They are a tight knit team of 70, with 20 in the office specialising in HVAC maintenance and servicing. The Company has three Primary Service Teams that focus on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical work, with each team headed by a Client Manager.
The function
The main tasks for this function are reporting and invoicing, general admin support and dealing/coordinating with your portfolio of tradesman as to where they need to be and what jobs need to be done etc. You’ll be dealing with building owners or property managers regarding the jobs on and making sure everything is smooth running. This is a fast paced and busy function so you must be quick on your feet and enjoy being kept busy!
Core expertise
You will be organised, efficient and be a real people person as you will be dealing with various different people daily. You’ll have great communications and customer service expertise and practice in an Administration/Coordination function would be ideal but they are also open to training someone up into this function so long as you have a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
