To be prosperous in this function, you will need practice across the following:
   » Strong expertise of Agile values and principles, and Servant Leader attributes
   » broad Scrum Master practice in an agile environment and SaFe in particular
   » practice with breaking down epics, writing user stories, and estimating
   » Previous practice as a collaborative leader
   » capability to coach teams, drive innovation and adopt new ways of working
