Job Offer: Wellness Partner/Caregiver:AriaGardensJob description:Job DescriptionOur care village, located in Albany, islooking for full-time, part-timeand casual wellness partners/caregivers whotruly want to make a difference to how we care and support our older person.The Wellness Partner not only looks after the very important everyday cares of our resident but also contributes to their quality of life and wellbeing. » physical wellbeing » mental and emotional wellbeing » social wellbeing » spiritual wellbeing Our aim is to support our resident to Live Well in all aspects of their everyday life. As part of our team you would not only be responsible for care but also for engaging our residents for example: helping with many of the clubs and activities that we have planned this coming year as well as various projects planned for the enhancement of residents lives. You will have a positive upbeat can-do attitude and be willing to join in to enrich the lives of others. To be considered for this function, you must have: » Eligibility to work in NZ on a permanent basis » Excellent Communication expertise (written and verbal) » High energy, enthusiasm and be a team player » An empathetic and caring nature » Be able to get reliable transport to and from work » A desire to bring your talents and hobbies into everyday work life » NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, Diversional Therapy or similar significant qualification – good to have butnotessential.
