We are seeking for an practiced Maitre'd to lead our small front of house team at Escape to Picton.

You must have at least two years practice in a similar position. 

You should have great expertise of food and wine. 

You will be excellent at customer service very organised and have great time management expertise.

Your responsibilities will include managing the restaurant stock control staff training and opening and closing the restaurant.

Escape to Picton is a beautiful Boutique Hotel and restaurant near to the Marlborough Sounds.
