The Organisation

Established in the late 90’s, my client is a Wellington located company who provide imaging, software and workflow solutions along with many more services. Their clients include Central Government, corporates, SMEs and Not for Profits. In an office of around 50 people they are looking for another superstar to join their team.

The function

In this function you will manage 25 people in the Wellington office, 1 in Tauranga and 7 in Christchurch. You will coach and mentor staff, manage project & service delivery, stakeholder management. You will track and measure performance metrics with a view to reporting on projects as they progress and as to whether they are done on time and within budget.

About You

For this function you will have practice managing people and also have the capability to work to deadlines and under pressure. You will have an analytical way of thinking and be good with new systems. They are after a people person who will really hit the ground running, while having a great sense of humour!
