Looking for an practiced HR coordinator who has had some HR administration and recruitment practice to support the HR Manager!

This business is an essential service and provide support to a range of clients across the country. They are a leader in the field and pride themselves on being a leader in their industry.

this function will see you manage a range of tasks from end to end recruitment, training and induction and compliance as well as administration and advisory with internal staff members. this function will see the scope to be able to have a key contribution on a range of internal projects while having hands on training and mentorship in further developing your expertise and expertise in this field. Working one on one with the HR Manager and another coordinator, will see an practiced administrator and coordinator be able to have autoimmunity and growth!

- Recruitment
– end to end internal recruitment function
– job descriptions, job adverts, screening and shortlisting of candidates, coordinating interviews and conducting verbal references
- Training and onboarding
– onboarding processing and coordaining all internal staff members to ensure compliance and training is in line with function specifics. Working with internal leaders for current and new training plans
– coordinating training days and liaising with external suppliers.
- HR administration and Employee relations

this function is needing an individual who has had practice in the HR sector, ideally in a high risk or blue collar industry which will allow you to step in and take full ownership of this function. A down to earth, professional, driven and self-motivated individual will excel in this business and be able to grow with the position and the business.
