My client is seeking a well communicated administrator where customer service is at the forefront of what they do. this function has a depth of variety, working in both customer service, assisting in marketing and production! A rare function like this doesn’t come about very often! Make a change this year and find longevity within a long standing team while working across multiple sectors of the business.
 
this function works across a variety of sectors of the business where you will be supporting customer services, purchasing, marketing and stock control. No day will be the same and requires an individual who enjoys seeing a process through to the end. In this function for two days of the week, you will be responding to customer enquiries, preparing of quotations and entering orders, as well as communicating with the production and despatch team members for urgent customer requests. For the remaining three days, this will entail entering of purchase orders, marketing support, ordering of product and stock takes as well as preparation of shipping documentation. In this function you have many team members you will work alongside from the Financial Controller, Customer Service, the Production and the Marketing team, as well as liaising with customers and suppliers, no day will be the same!
