Customer ServiceLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 70,000 to 75,000 Category Call Centre & Customer Service > Customer Service » Competitive salary » Airport location » Work flexibility & free parking You will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and will work closely with Sales and Supply Chain to provide exceptional service and support to our customers both internal and external. Responsibilities: » Process high volumes of customer orders, ensuring invoicing requirements for nominated accounts are completed accurately, and container tracking and customer stock reporting is done on a timely basis. » Coordinate internally and externally, ensuring accurate on-time delivery of goods to nominated accounts. » Proactively address customer concerns and requests, developing solutions that demonstrate the promise of delivering quality value and service. » Promote the organization's products and services to customers through all interactions and telephone contact. » Forge strong external partnerships and robust internal relationships to assist you in collective problem-solving. Requirements: » Previous experience in a similar role, processing a high volume of orders and delivering an exceptional level of service to customers, within a fast-paced environment. » Strong relationship-management skills are critical in this role. » Ability to work steadily under pressure and with a high degree of accuracy. » Ability to interpret and manipulate large sets of inventory data. » Comfortable picking up and navigating in-house systems, and strong Excel skills are a must! » Strong personal accountability, the willingness to persevere, and the ability to maintain personal resilience, even under times of pressure.
