The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to identify their human resource needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. ABOUT YOU » Is comfortable on the phone - happy to strike up a conversation with candidates that have applied for jobs, and those found on sourcing platforms » Has excellent attention to detail - there will be paperwork and administration involved, so a keen eye is a must » Is technically savvy - you will be using multiple platforms to search for candidates » Has a great attitude and is willing to learn » Hungry to succeed in an industry offering significant growth opportunities.
