This position involves meticulous selection and packing of products, ensuring precision and efficiency in meeting customer orders. The Night Pick Packer plays a pivotal role in maintaining the company's commitment to excellence during the night shift. Key Responsibilities: »Accurate Order Fulfillment: » Carefully pick products according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy in item selection and quantity. »Efficient Packing: » Pack selected items securely and efficiently, paying close attention to packaging guidelines to maintain product integrity during transit. »Timely Order Processing: » Work diligently to meet nightly order deadlines, contributing to the overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. »Team Collaboration: » Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow, share insights, and contribute to a positive working environment during the night shift. »Safety Compliance: » Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a secure working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Please note that this position is working in the chillers and freezers. Days will either be: Sunday- Thursday and a rostered Friday every 3 weeks. Monday - Friday and a rostered Sunday every 3 weeks.
