You will be providing finance support, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reporting, payroll, and customer relationships. You will also be in charge of our Health & Safety system, inventory management, and office management tasks. Key Responsibilities: » Managing the day-to-day ?nances of the company, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reporting » Utilising Xero to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable » Managing payroll/leave for all employees » Following up with debtors to ensure timely payment » Utilising CRM system to manage internal communications, customer relationships and sales » Assisting with o?ce management tasks as needed » Adhering to all ?nancial regulations and laws » Prepare and present ?nancial reports to management meetings » Paying all bills and relevant taxes on time. » Work closely with the businesses external accountant to ensure budgets, forecasts and other ?nancial matters are updated, applied and adhered to. » Work closely with other managers to ensure they remain within budgets and their ?nances and provide advice on improvements etc.. » Manage Company Health & Safety System. » Manage and maintain inventory at levels that meet business needs. (Purchasing, stock on shelf). » Ensure that o?ce supplies, stationary, food etc are maintained. » Greet and tend to visitors to the Christchurch O?ce. » Assist in planning training days, and sta? events. » Assist in booking accommodation and ?ights for remote sta?. » Use initiative to design and implement methods to improve e?ciencies, reduce costs, increase revenue and provide an exceptional customer experience. » Promoting and applying Fleetpin's core values and ethos while ful?lling duties. Qualifications: » Proven experience with Xero, CRM systems, payroll, and following up with debtors » Strong organisational and time management skills » Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy » Excellent written and verbal communication skills » Ability to work independently and as part of a team » Bachelor's degree in accounting, ?nance, or a related ?eld is preferred » Knowledge of ?nancial regulations and laws If you are interested in pursuing this role as your next career opportunity, please click 'APPLY' now.
