   » Ensuring pickers pick to the apple variety grade standard
   » Keep track of picker Bin tallies
   » Coordinate harvest team
   » Attention to detail
Able to walk reasonable distances during the course of the day, checking bin fruit quality between pickers
Good communication expertise
practice is apple harvesting is required, QC training can be given. All candidates shall be prepared to commit for the full season, which runs from mid Feburary up to end of May. Hours of work will be 7.30am - 4.30pm Mon-Fri, 7.30am - 4.30pm Sat / Weather dependant.
Reliable transport required. All candidates should have NZ residency or a current work visa and have a positive work ethic.
