Reporting to the Catering Manager, they are looking for a Cook/Shift Supervisor to meet the high standards of their food safety plan. We are looking for a highly capable cook to join their busy school kitchen and assist in managing the catering team. As a shift supervisor, the successful applicant will be able to maintain all aspects of kitchen operation in the absence of catering management. This role requires experience in quantity meal preparation and service, specialist cuisine, baking and function catering. A relevant catering qualification would be an advantage. Rostered days are Sunday - Thursday and will include some split shifts.
