We use analytics, design and behaviour change methodologies to find the best solutions looking at product and service constructs, processes, policies, communications and other behavioural influences. We work with other parts of the ACC to support and influence change for better customer results. What you will be doing This position reports to the Behaviour Change Manager and is a pivotal function in advancing the use of behavioural insights and behaviour change principles within ACC. You’ll unpick challenges and opportunities and help build behavioural insights capcapability across the organisation by helping others “lgain by doing” through our design initiatives. Middle to senior practice of the following: » the EAST, COM-B and/or other behavioural insights and behaviour change models » the design process, either directly or manager capacity » qualitative research, either directly or manager capacity » project management expertise – task identification and work in progress management » Strategic direction of projects – able to see the big picture and convince others about programme objectives, outputs and methodology.
