The Balle Bros team are hiring for the upcoming harvest season. We are seeking for junior, Intermediate and senior operators. If you enjoy working with machinery in a team environment, you’re a team player and don’t mind putting in the hard yards to get the job done come and join us. All you need is a good attitude, good driving capability and availability to learn. These Positions could lead to Permanent employment for the right applicant. » The position: · Operate a Potato/Onion Harvester efficiently, with the highest attention to quality and safety · Lead a Harvest Crew and work collaboratively with the field crew and transport. · Complete everyday records of harvest levels, machinery information and safety Prestarts. · Maintain harvest machinery »Attributes/practice: · Previous harvest practice involving large harvest equipment · Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously · A mechanical aptitude and capability to problem solve · Strong focus and consciousness on Health and Safety · Flexible with working days and hours to ensure harvest programme is met · Working all over the Franklin region this function is suited to Somebody with practice in the agriculture/horticulture sector.
