You will lead a business process re-engineering team who have a huge passion for relentless improvement. this function is responsible for the discovery, design and delivery of solutions to significant business problems. Often you and your team will be providing the process design thought leadership abilities and skills in collaboration with others across the organisations. this function has the responsibility for ensuring that we collaborate with our various stakeholders to deliver quality results and value. You will be part of a wider Enterprise Delivery Portfolio team that provides capcapability through optimising and creating value through partnerships. What you will need to be prosperous in the function will include the following: » You have proven practice in Continuous Improvement and Process Architecture or similar strategic leadership abilities function » practice working collaboratively with business partners, having expertise of software and digital products » Have practice in Agile ways of working and look to continuously improve results centred around the customer using agile development and delivery methodologies to assist in delivering process Improvements » Proven practice in continuous improvement exploration, data analysis, user design that achieves positive customer results » Exceptional stakeholder management with an excellent capability to manage and maintain strong relationships at various levels within an organisation » You have a continuous improvement mind-set and encourage new ways of thinking that is supported by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification » Strong interest of continuous improvement modelling and business process re-engineering » Strong capability to work collaboratively to innovate and to challenge the status quo to ensure that we can move to business excellence results » High energy and motivation to deliver process improvement changes in conformity with the organisation strategic direction » You have strong business acumen and a can-do attitude » A real passion for leading people to be the very best they can be with a capcapability uplift mindset There is a lot of opportunity in this function and Information technology is an exciting time to join our team, as we continue to lift our Business Process Improvement profile across the business to be true values partner with our many stakeholders.
