This is a full-time opportunity, currently for a 2 week temporary contract. This would be a great foot in the door with a renowned and trendy global company. About the function » You will be a first point of contact for guests, clients and internal team members to the site. » Making them feel welcome, signposting them and handling general enquiries. » Hosting requirements – you will be a key support for the internal team, in setting up and servicing meetings - providing amenities, refreshments and support material. » Supporting the office team with any administrative or business support tasks. About You » Previous practice in a reception or administration function. » Outstanding communication expertise, verbal and written. » Professional presentation, appropriate for a corporate setting. » Strong systems expertise, particularly MS Office suite. » Proactive approach to tasks, We are pursuing an individual with impeccable time management and organisation expertise. » Attention to detail and accurate data-entry. » Team player, with the capability to work independently also. » An interest in finance or banking would be advantageous but not essential at all.
