This opportunity is located within the ‘Corporate Services’ team, you will be proactively engaging with managers and leaders to support them with ER cases, Remuneration, Performance improvement, health and welling concerns and recruitment. tasks • Support Managers and Leaders in implementation of organisational development initiatives through the provision of advice, guidance, knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring. • Participate in and collaborate team initiatives and projects • Contribute to ensuring HR data is of high quality and integrity • Keep abreast of internal and external factors which may impact on the workforce/ employment model/ staff engagement and workplace culture. • Support the delivery of the HR aspects of organisational initiatives, change processes, and projects providing planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and evaluation as required. expertise & practice • significant tertiary qualification, preferably in a specific Human Resource Management discipline and/or equivalent practice. • practice in or knowledge of human resource areas including change management, recruitment and induction, remuneration, performance management, EDI, privacy, employment relations and HR service delivery to internal clients. • knowledge of the application of collective employment agreements and employment offers, and managing day to day relationships with unions • significant tertiary qualification, preferably in a specific Human Resource Management discipline and/or equivalent practice. • practice in or knowledge of human resource areas including change management, recruitment and induction, remuneration, performance management, EDI, privacy, employment relations and HR service delivery to internal clients. • knowledge of the application of collective employment agreements and employment offers, and managing day to day relationships with unions What’s on Offer This is a great opportunity to be a part of the growing business unit, a great team with a fab team culture (Quiz’s on a Friday and team bonding activities!). this function will open up lots of opportunities so very likely to potentially go permanent.
