This opportunity is located within the ‘Corporate Services’ team, you will be proactively engaging with managers and leaders to support them with ER cases, Remuneration, Performance improvement, health and welling concerns and recruitment. tasks • Support HR leadership abilities on an operational basis • Provide advice and contribute to talent management strategies, job evolution, remuneration and ER. • Adopt a good practice in the organisational development and wellness space • Contribute to ensuring HR data is of high quality and integrity • Keep abreast of internal and external factors which may impact on the workforce/ employment model/ staff engagement and workplace culture. • Support the delivery of the HR aspects of organisational initiatives, change processes, and projects providing planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting and evaluation as required. expertise & practice • Demonstrated operational HR practice and expertise of the range of HR practices. • Demonstrated practice and confidence in proactive client relationship management. • Adaptable, able to self organise, comfortable working autonomously, as well as being willing to contribute proactively and positively to support others. • Excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal, with interpersonal expertise allowing you to work with people from different fields, cultures and levels of seniority. • capability to plan and lead or support projects.
