We are a family of five from Papamoa, with 3 children (James 12, Lily 9 and Cayla 5). We are seeking for someone to help with our children (approx 25-30 hrs per wk). this function also involves helping our 12 year old son who has cerebral palsy and has limited mobility (in a wheelchair). We are flexible with hours and this can be changed but we ideally need help in the morning getting children off to school (1 hour) and then help in the afternoon, with one or two nights babysitting per week. Happy to discuss and adjust function/hrs/pay and definitely happy for you to find further work outside of the requirements we need as long as Information technology works in with our needs. In return for your help we offer full board with all bills (power, water, gas, internet) included plus a weekly wage (negotiable depending on hours). Free WIFI is also included. We live in Papamoa on the east coast of the North Island, which is approximately a 2 and a half hour drive south of Auckland. Information technology is a truly beautiful spot and very close to Mount Maunganui, a stunning place which is a very popular tourist destination in the summer months. We have some awesome walks (around the Mount) and also some cool bush walks close by if you like that sort of thing. Our house is a 10 minute walk away from the beach and we are within walking distance to our local supermarket, cafe and bar! We are also a minute walking distance to the bus route and within 5 minutes drive to either Bayfair Shopping centre or the Papamoa Plaza. We are seeking for someone who can start immediately and be with us for at least 3 or more months. We are looking for an extremely patient, trustworthy, reliable, fun, organised, clean, tidy and energetic person who has their full driver’s license, is strong enough to help with transferring James and obviously absolutely awesome with kids!
