• Permanent position – Immediate start. Working for a well-respected private sector organisation within the professional services space
• Up to $63,000
• An awesome chance to lgain new expertise, and work in a modern office with senior professionals.

The function
My client is seeking an enthusiastic receptionist who is passionate about providing an excellent client practice and supporting the wider Corporate Services team. You must be immediately available, as my client wants someone to start ASAP!
You will be one of two receptionists responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
• Managing incoming calls and transferring them to the significant teams
• Be the go-to person for various staff and client enquirys
• Managing meeting room and catering bookings for staff across the organisation
• Ensuring our client floor is kept to a very high standard
• General administrative tasks to support the wider team
This is a full-time function working 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.

• Must have; Reception/Customer Service practice
• Be an enthusiastic, hard-working individual
• Confident and well-presented
• A great sense of humour and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
