We have been serving up the region's best burgers for over 15 years. Our entire menu is prepared from scratch everyday using fresh ingredients from local suppliers. We are passionate about what we do and are privileged to get to do Information technology in one of the coolest spots around. JOIN OUR CREW We have a number of full-time kitchen positions available for the busy winter season and beyond. These functions require superstars who are fast on their feet, happy to work in a busy team environment and who have clear minds under pressure. Cooking practice is key; we need people with good knife expertise, practice in food safety practices and the capability to adapt and work in a number of areas of the kitchen. Grill / Sous Chef You will be in charge of running the hot line, superviseing service and managing stock in addition to preparing fresh ingredients, making sauces, patties and seasonings and creating menu items and recipes. Cook / Prep Cooks tasks include preparing fresh ingredients, making sauces, patties and seasonings, mixing shakes and smoothies, working the hot line and fryer, some interaction with customers and taking orders. The music is cranking and the vibes are good Good renumeration: pay is dependent on skill and practice, but there is plenty of opportunity to move up the ranks as you lgain the function plus our whole team benefit from performance bonuses, yep a cut of the turnover! Work-life balance: our full-time team generally work a 4-on / 3-off roster totalling approximately 40 hours+ per week, while our part timers generally work afternoon and evening shifts- plently of time for skiing and snowboarding or other missions!
