Ultimately, you will be providing great financial accounting – but we have a new FMIS system coming so initially this function will have a strong focus on helping lead the team to bed in the new system as we pivot to do things differently and work through various challenges. Your mandate will be to look for opportunities to improve and redesign processes. We expect that you’ll mentor and coach other members of the team around this – so you’ll gain some valuable mentoring skills. Our team covers monthly management reporting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, financial controls, reconciliations and fixed assets management.
