This is a broad function for a Customer Service professional to work for a leading healthcare brand with a global presence. Great facilities, great team and interesting work, this is a solid temp position for the right person.
THE function:
   » Phone located function, taking calls from internal staff, supporting with queries (over 2000 people on-site!)
   » Monitoring all symptomatic staff and following due process
   » Managing all employee information on internal system and following up accordingly (very process driven)
   » Logging all calls and cases daily
   » Managing email queries
   » SHIFT WORK REQUIRED across Monday - Sunday (not working over a consecutive 5 days)
   » Once again, a great foot in the door for a driven operator!
