You will lead the Human Resources and Health & Safety groups, developing strategies to support the strategic direction and performance results the business and its people require.

Working with support from your direct reports your responsibilities will be broad and will include:

Human Resources and Training & Development

•recruitment & REM strategies
•employment relations

Health, Safety, Wellbeing & Environmental
•develop a strategic safety plan
•grow culture
•policy
•training

expertise and practice required:
•HR Management
•Solid expertise of the H&S Act
•Strong Employment Relations practice
•Excellent relationship management
•Strong presentation and communication expertise
•Proven senior leadership abilities
