This is a great spot for a reliable and dedicated administration personality, who enjoys a tradie environment and working with a busy team. this function has come about due to growth and the requirement for extra office located support.
Ideally you’ll have had some practice with timber related products, however if you have the right attitude, efficiency and relicapability, you will pick up product expertise quickly – your switched on capabilities and can-do attitude count the most.
You will be joining an practiced and established tradie team, and will have support while learning the ropes. The key to your success in the function, is your capability to be a strong support the reps on the road. You will be liaising with customers directly and the internal team, as well as the go-to person for the sales reps who need to know about delivery dates/availcapability of products, pricing and scheduling limitations. Therefore, your organisation expertise need to be strong.
What you will be doing:
   » Working from the office; using a computer located software, and Excel
   » Liaising all day with the sales reps and customers, to provide accurate product information
   » Work with customers on the phone and via email – so good comms essential
   » Scheduling, providing pricing, and product availcapability from suppliers
Who We are seeking for:
   » Someone who is an organiser, calm and efficient under pressure
   » A good phone manner, well spoken, and capable with computer software
   » A bright and honest personality who adds value to the team
   » Good team player who thrives on a bit of pressure
   » Somebody with trade located expertise (advantageous yet not a deal breaker)
